As Managing Director Peter led one of Cornwalls largest private sector companies for over 12 years, overseeing a profitable turnover of £40 million + and a workforce of 400.

Cornwall Marine Network

Peter joined Cornwall Marine Network (CMN) as a Director in 2015 and became Chair in 2017. Developed new strategies to grow revenue, build cash flow and improve member benefits.

SubConnected is a Swedish based company that provides super dynamic cable system solutions for floating wind and wave power that are specially designed for rough sea conditions. Peter was part of the team at Waves4Power that developed the system and now is SubConnected’s UK Representative

Peter joined Waves4Power (W4P) in 2015 working as their UK Consultant and Market representative. Peter set up Waves4Power UK Ltd and is working on several UK Green Energy ventures including the Scillies Smart Island Project and with EMEC in Scotland.

Seawind Ocean Technology is a leading wind power developer, looking to expand into the UK market place and establish their successful technology commercially. Peter started working with them in 2019 to help them achieve their goals.

Prosperity Energy connects renewable energy projects with investment to create opportunity. Peter joined them in 2021 to work with stakeholders and identify new and existing renewable energy projects.

Tugdock Ltd

Tugdock is a start up developing an innovative floating dry dock concept. Working with the owner, Peter is delivering grant funding, investment, securing finance, building relationships, developing partners and a new supply chain

Penzance Dry Dock Yard is a traditional yard that has been operating for almost 200 years equipped for a full range of refit, repair and engineering services. Peter's role is working with the new owner and management team to drive commercial awareness and growth.

Lisarb Offshore is a joint venture between Lisarb Energy and Prosperity Energy set up in 2022. Peter is the Commercial Director South West representing Lisarb's interests across the region.

Cornwall College Group

Peter joined the Board in 2012 and became Chair of Finance and Resources in 2015 and Vice Chair in 2017. Working closely with the Principal and College Senior Postholders to deliver strong Governance, set the mission and strategic direction of the college, and scrutinise its performance.

Cornish Pirates RFC 

Peter was recruited to be Interim CEO for Cornish Pirates Rugby Team in 2016, the elite professional sporting team in Cornwall and delivered the successful bid for the Stadium for Cornwall with Cornwall County Council.
